We use modern Sika and BASF waterproofing membranes, Rockwool and Knauf insulation systems, Alucobond composite facade materials and ArcelorMittal steel structures. For engineering systems we use modular Wavin and Uponor sewerage and water-supply systems, Daikin HVAC units and Siemens building automation. All materials are integrated into digital process control, ensuring precision, safety and resource control at every stage.
